We want you to love your tools! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded, but we are always happy to help if you have questions about a specific stitch!

Most of our artisan crochet hooks and handmade items are shipped directly from our studio in UK. For certain tool kits and supplies, we may utilize our partner fulfillment centers to ensure you get the fastest shipping possible.
